Challenge

Atupri wanted to understand where AI could create real value across the organisation, and to do so in a way aligned with nDSG compliance and sound governance. There was no existing framework for evaluating or prioritising AI initiatives, so leadership needed a defensible basis for deciding where, and how urgently, to act.

Approach

Experiens AI assessed Atupri’s AI opportunities and organisational readiness, with particular focus on identifying capability and governance gaps. The work translated a complex topic into clear, prioritised options for action and a board-ready roadmap. Experiens AI is now supporting the ongoing development of Atupri’s AI strategy and governance framework.

Outcome

Atupri gained a prioritised, board-ready roadmap and a structured basis for its AI strategy and governance decisions. The engagement has developed into an ongoing strategic advisory relationship supporting the organisation as its AI initiatives mature.

Experiens AI supported us a few years ago in assessing our AI opportunities and organisational readiness, with a particular focus on identifying capability and governance gaps. Their structured approach translated a complex topic into clear, prioritised options for action and a board-ready roadmap. Experiens AI is now supporting the development of our AI strategy and governance framework and has proven to be a highly valuable strategic advisor and trusted sounding board. We particularly value their high expertise in connection with a sense for feasibility.
