About the Practice
A boutique AI advisory practice built on senior judgement and a focused expert network.
Experiens AI is a specialist advisory practice working at the intersection of AI strategy, organisational capability, and applied AI implementation. The practice works with established organisations across the DACH region, from insurers and banks to mid-sized enterprises, navigating AI adoption from strategy through to execution.
The practice supports the full arc of adoption: executive briefings, applied AI education, readiness diagnostics, adoption programmes, and ongoing leadership advisory. The work is grounded in the realities of nDSG, GDPR, and the emerging EU AI Act.
Based in Barcelona and active across Switzerland and the wider DACH region, Experiens AI combines hands-on implementation experience with an academic foundation, backed by a small, vetted expert network engaged selectively for delivery capacity.
Amir directs three Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) programmes at BFH — AI for Business, Agentic AI for Business, and AI & Digital Transformation in Financial Services — and teaches the core AI modules (Machine Learning, Generative AI, Agentic AI, and Privacy & Analytics) in the CAS Artificial Intelligence for Managers at the University of Fribourg. He is also a regular guest lecturer at the Institute of Insurance Economics at the University of St. Gallen and teaches in several master’s programmes at ESADE Business School in Barcelona. In addition, he currently serves as Co-Chair of the AI Expert Group at Mobey Forum and has chaired multiple AI-focused industry expert groups over the past 15 years, contributing to collaborative thought leadership at the intersection of AI, financial services, and emerging technologies.

Why a boutique practice?
Senior judgement on every engagement. A small expert network for delivery capacity. No bloated teams, no juniors billing by the hour.
A focused practice is a feature, not a limitation. There is no translation layer between the person who scopes the work and the person who delivers it: senior judgement is applied at every stage. Delivery capacity is provided by a small, vetted expert network, engaged selectively and always under the same senior oversight that defines every engagement.
